MAN POISONED

Sufferer in Hospital TAKEN FROM CITY HOTEL Suffering from the effects of poison, a man, whose name is given as Captain McNeil was admitted to the Wellington Hospital last night. He was found to be unwell at a city hotel, and medical aid was summoned. He was then ordered to hospital, where he was admitted at about 7.30 p.m. He is 53 years of age, and is said to be engaged as an accountant. Late last night it was reported that he had regained consciousness, but that his condition was serious.
