LOWER HUTT ESTIMATES

The finance aiid estates committee reported at last meeting of the Lower. Hutt Borough Council that it had reconsidered tlie question of the publication of the estimates, and. had now to recommend that the estimates be made available to the Press, provided the yu-oposed articles were submitted to the executive oflicers before publication. The recommendation was approved without comment.
