BULGARIAN MISSION
DISCUSSING SETTLEMENT OF RELATIONS (British Official Wireless.) (Bee. December 19. 5.5 p.m.) Rugby, December 18. The Bulgarian Foreign Minister and the Finance Minister, Messrs. Bouroff and Molloff, who have come to London after visiting Rome and Paris to discuss a final settlement of Bulgarian relations, were to-day received by the Foreign Secretary, Mr. Henderson, and the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr. Snowden, and will see the Prime Minister on Friday. In to-days interviews the Bulgarian Ministers expressed a desire that agreement should be reached in principle regarding the Bulgarian part in the liabilities before the forthcoming reassembly of The Hague Conference. They were assured tont the British Government should desire this and was anxious that a settlement favourable to Bulgaria and acceptable to all the other Powers concerned should be jeachad.
