Senator Couzens has donated ten million dollars for the creation, of a trust fund “to be used to promote the health, welfare, happiness and development of the children of Michigan and elsewhere In the world.” The fund will be administered by Dr. Freund, who is the Senator’s personal physician. A clause In the trust instrument stipulates that the principal and income must be distributed entirely inside twenty-five years.
