KAIRANGA COUNTY BRIDGES
LOAN PROPOSAL carried.
Palmerston North, March 22. The Kairanga County Council ratepayers to-dav decided to allow the council to raise £l9OO bv loan for renewing three bridges in the Mangaoue riding namely Derby Creek Bridge, situated on the Kairanga-Bunnythorpe Road; Bullickrv Creek Bridge, situated on the Napier Road; and the Mangaone Bridge on Robert’s Line. The polling was 145 for the proposal and 27 against it.
