DR. MARX’S POLICY. (Rec. January 23, 5.5 p.m.) Berlin, January 22. Dr. Marx informed President Hindenburg that he was prepared to form a Ministry on the basis, of the Centre Party’s resolution adhering to the Locarno Tact, pledging loyalty to the Republic™ Constitution, advocating unfettered recruiting of those desirous, and demanding the early' evacuation of the Rhineland.
