ELLIOTT’S MEMORY TO BE PERPETUATED. (Rec. October 26, 11.15 p.m.) London, October 26. An Honorary Fellowship of the Royal Aeronautical Society was conferred on Sir Alan Cobham at a gathering of four hundred people, including many from the Dominions. Sir Sefton Brancker said the society was considering what could be done to perpetuate the memory of Elliott, Cobham’s mechanic, who died so gloriously when reward was within his grasp.
