WAIWETU CLUB. The monthly “spoon" competition for the ladies was won by Miss M. Lee, 3 down. In the Atkins Cup competition W, F. Taylor beat E. Brown, 2 up; A. Stunnell beat 11. K. Adamson. 2 uu: R. Ilaywas'd beat G. S. Pringle, 2 up; L. D. Matthews beat E. F. Warnes, 2 up; IV. Whitehead beat H. Hanson. 5 and 4; C. F. Pulley beat It. Ingham, 2 and 1; A. S. Murie beat V. R. Gunn, 6 and 5. In the “two-life” competition for Mr. n. K. Adamson’s trophy, G. S. Pringle beat T. Tremaine, 1 up; L. D. Matthews beat A. Stunnell. 1 up; IV. Ilyan beat IV. Smith. NATHAN CUP. The following will represent the Johneonville Golf Club in a match against the Hutt, to be played at Lower Hutt on July 11:—D. J. Hawkes. J. M. Ellis, D. Swift, 11. B. Tomlinson, J. B. Pearson, A. F. Clapcott, C. J. White, and L. Tressider. HUTT LADIES’ CLUB. Tho Hutt Ladies* Golf Club played an L.G.U. match on July 7. The best results were:—A division: Mrs. 4Vagg, 87— 8—79; Miss Jervis. 8G —3—S3; Mrs. Davidson, 97—14—83. B division: Mrs. Cowing, 1(13—35—68: Mrs. Tyndall, 113-36-77; Miss 44’ardell, 112—31 —81.
