Monaghan in moving a resolution with reference to the present diocesan offices, which, being the headquarters of diocesan activities, he described as breathing nn atmosphere of neglect and of being a reproach and unworthy of a great Church. As a result of the discussion -which ensued synod carried a resolution approving of the appointment of a strong committee to go into the matter of providing more adequate and worthy oflJce accommodation.
