GERMAN BUDGET PASSED
Berlin, March 28. The Reichstag passed the third reading of the Budget, including a reduction in the turnover tax to .75 and the repeal of the tax on wines. This is the first time since 1911 that the Budget has been passed within the proper time. The Supreme Court specially instituted for the protection of the Republic has been abolished.—Reuter.
