RIFLE SHOOTING

SUBURBS CLUB. The Suburbs Rifle Club opened its third series with a match over the 300yds. and 500yds. on the Broadway range. The conditions were not of the best, there being a very tricky frontal wind blowing up the range, causing the marksmen a good deal of x trouble.' However, some very creditable totals were registered. Rifleman T. Goodall with 48 and Rifleman Milroy 47 at 300yds., and Rifleman Bitters 48, and Dep.-President Hunt 47 at sCOyds., put up the best one-range scores. Rifleman Bitters registered the best grand total (100). including handicap, closely followed by Rifleman Milroy, with 97. This was also the final shoot for the trophy donated by Mr. Grace.
