SWIMMING
AUSTRALIANS INVITED TO VISIT NEW ZEALAND.

Auckland, February 11. The Auckland Swimming Centre today discussed a request from the New Zealand Association for information regarding the invitation from the Wfiitcmata Club to three Australian swimmers to visit New Zealand. There was much discussion on tho subject of the Waitemata Club’s guarantee, It being considered that the club should have submitted a detailed report of the estimated cost of tho tour. The Hub’s delegate said that the necessary guarantee would be given. It was decided to inform the New Zealand Association that Al. Christie, F. Doyle, and Dr. K. Kirkland, were to bo invited, and would be in Auckland not later Ilian March 15.
