MAGISTRATE’S COURT
Mr. C. R. Orr-Walker, S.M., dealt with the police cases in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday. Thomas Joseph McGrath, for a breach of his prohibition order, was fined £2 and a further 10s. for drunkenness.
Fined £3, in default 7 days’ imprisonment (her fourth lapse). Ivelina Alice McCabe was, for breaking the conditions of her prohibtion order, convicted and ordered to come up for sentence when c«ll"d 'ipnn.
