A FURTHER REMAND Daniel Richard Cooper, alias George James Cooper, who is a prisoner on the serious charges of supplying on November 1, 1922, a noxious thing Knowing that it was to be used to procure n miscarriage, and, with Martha Cooper, on November 23, 1922, Unlawfully detaining the infant male child of 'Hugo Lupi and Lily Lister, aged 10 days, was further remanded, at the Magistrate’s Court yesterday, on the application of Senior Detective Lewis, until January 17. Mr. L. J. Maule, who appeared on behalf of tjio prisoners, offered no objection.
