THE THREAT TO TEHERAN. (I!ec. August i, 11.15 p.m.) Delhi, August 4. Advices from Teheran state that owing to Tartar and Bolshevik or«upation of Nakhichivan. Europeans am proparing to evacuate Tabriz, although the province of Mazanderaii is practically clear of the enemy. The Bolshevik threat to Teheran, on the Rcsht-Kasvin road, continues.
