RUSSIAN CROWN JEWELS
SMUGGLED TO ENGLAND. (Rec. August 4, 7.10 p.m.) London, Augustl 3. The 'Evening Standard" states that Russian crown jewels of untold value have been smuggled to England by Bolnhovik agents. The authorities are greatly exercised regarding the matter. The jewels include royal crowns and massive necklaces of all descriptions. Tho assumed object is to sell' them to obtain Additional funds for Bolshevik propaganda.—Renter. BRITISH AUTHORITIES' WARNING TO BUYERS. (Rec. August ■(■, 10.15 p.m.) London, August 3.
