REMARKABLE ASSEMBLY AT BUCKINGHAM PALACE.

(Rec. June 27, 11.50 p.m.) London, June 215. A most remarkable gathering of heroes assembled at Buckingham Palace this afternoon on tho occasion of the King and Queen entertaining 320 Victoria Cross men and their near relatives at a garden party. Great, crowds cheered the guests as they marched to the palace, headed by Sir Dighton Probyn, the oldest V.C. Those imati'.o to walk were accommodated in motor-cars and were gjven an especially warm reception.
