PROCLAIMED BY BOLSHEVIKS AT RESHT. London, June 16. "The Times" correspondent at Teheran states that the Bolsheviks ot Resht have proclaimed a Persian Soviet Republic, aiid has appointed Commissaries, who include Kutohik Khan. A manifesto lias been issued abolishing monaroliy, the Anglo-Persian agreement, and protesting against the presence, of British troops. The manifesto also inti. mates the Bolsheviks' intention of extending control towards Teheran. It is suggested that while, it i_g unnecessary to take the Republio seriously at present, Kutchik Khan's jests often prove unpleasant to the Persian Government.—"The Times." .
