The Bank of Now Zealand has received Die following advice fl'om its london office, under date December lltli: "Public sale tallow discontinued _ remainder ■ this year, no demand, chiefly on account of tho fall in exchange. Expect little change- for the present." Tho New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Ltd., have received the following cablegram from their London house under date December 10:—Tallow: 'Mixed lis. (per cwt.). Market dull with downward tendency.
