ALLEGED ARSON
JURY FAILS TO AGREE. By Telegraph—Press Association. Cisborne, December 10. At the Supremo Court John Sheriff Dods was again tried on the charge of sotting fire to the Gas Works office. Tho jury again failed to agree, and His Honour ordered a now trial at the next sessions. Dods will be sentenced to-morrow on the charges of embezzlement to which he has pleaded guilty.
