STATEMENT BY THE PRIME MINISTER. By Toleeraph—Press Auoolation. Auckland, December 10. Cabinet, said the Prime Minister, had not yet considered when Sir Thomas Mackenzie's appointment as High Commissioner should end. Neither had the question of Sir Thomas's successor been considered.
