BUTTER CARTS HELD UP
London, November i. ' Queues are formed outside many London provision shops owing to the shortace of tea, sugar, butter, and margarine. The shopkeepers limit customers purchases. Meat prices are being lowered. Llandilo colliers stopped the bntter carts, declaring that local wants were not supplied. The police are inducing the owners to sell half the butter locallv.
