HUGE SUMS FROM INDUSTEIAL CENTRES. London, February 18. A feature of tho loa.ii was the huge contributions of new money from the great industrial centres. It is estimated that Glasgow subscribed a hundred million, pounds, Birmingham thirty, Newcastle eighteen, _ Belfast fifteen, and Hull thirteen millions.
