TO BE INTRODUCED THIS SESSION. By Tolegraph-PreßS Association. Wanganul, April 20. The Prime Minister gave a recruiting speech to a big audience in the Opera House to-night. In the course of his remarks, he said the reason for tho early session was the Compulsory Service Bill. He was not prepared to say what form it would take. Ho mentioned that several members of Parliament had informed him of their intention of enlisting. THREE OF THE AURORA'S CREW ENLIST. Dunedin, April 20. Three of the crew of tho Aurora, who accompanied Lieutenant Stenhouse on the Aurora to tho Antarctic, have enlisted, and left for Trontham to-day— 0. Manger (carpenter), E. Danglade (steward), and A.
