TWO LIBERAL CANDIDATES. Mr. John E. Fitzgerald, who is a member of tho City Council, has decided to contest tho Wellington Suburbs sea* at the Parliamentary elections in the Liberal interest. With Mr. A. Aislabio fwho addressed tho electors of Porirua on Tuesday night), Mr. Fitzgeraii makes the second Liberal candidate for tho seat. Though thero aro several rumours afloat, tho official Reform candidate for the seat has not yet been announced. The result of the last elections for the seat was as follows -.—First ballot—W. H. D. Bell, 23?3; Frank Moore, 1279; J. E. Fitzgerald, 1198; J. P. Luke, 1009. ■ Second ballot—W. H. D. Bell, 3013; Frank Moore, 2650.
