Announcements of Church services will be found on Page 2 of this issue. The Rev. Canon Garland preaches tomorrow in the morning at Kilbirnio Anglican Church, and in the evening at St. Peter's, Willis Street; he also gives an address oh the subject of Bible in State Schools, to the Brotherhood in the New Theatre, Manners -Street. "Unconscious Slavery and Gennine Freedom" will be the subjeot of the Bev. Gibson Smith's evening sermon at St. Andrews' Presbyterian Church. At Wesley Church, Taranaki Street, the Eev. J. G. Chapman will preach on "Spiritual Declension" in the morning and "Ihe Doctrine of Heredity" in the evening. The Methodist Central Mission will hold a people's service in the New Theatre, Manners Street, at 7 p.m. ; The Eev. J. Reed Glasson's evening subject at the Terrace Congregational Church will be "The Parables of Jesus: Much Forgiveness, Much Love."
