Canon Garland preaches tomorrow in the morning at Kilbirnio Anglican Church, and in the evening at St. Peter's, Willis Street; he also gives an address oh the subject of Bible in State Schools, to the Brotherhood in the New Theatre, Manners -Street. The meeting on this occasion-will be'open: to 1 men and women. . ■ ' .. •At St. John'a Church Dr.'Gibb's evening subject. mandment: False Witness in Courts of Justice and at the Bar of Public Opinion." "Unconscious Slavery and Gennine Freedom" will be the subjeot of the Bev. Gibson Smith's evening sermon at St. Andrews' Presbyterian Church. At Wesley Church, Taranaki Street, the Eev. J. G. Chapman will preach on "Spiritual Declension" in the morning and "Ihe Doctrine of Heredity" in the evening. The Methodist Central Mission will hold a people's service in the New Theatre, Manners Street, at 7 p.m. ; The Eev. J. Reed Glasson's evening subject at the Terrace Congregational Church will be "The Parables of Jesus: Much Forgiveness, Much Love." Particulars of the services at St. Paul's pro-Cathetlral, St. Peter's, and St. Mark's are also announced.
