ALAIUIIXG INCIDENTS. (Br Tclccraph.-Press Aesoc-atlon I Thames, December 13. An electrical storm of unusual violence occurred this afternoon. Blinding flashes of light were followed by loud reports resombling salvos of artillery. Immediately afterwards raiu fell in torrents. One particularly loud crash was followed by what looked like a meteor, which Hashed from west to east. A. large tree was uprooted and fired. Intermittent Hashes- and loud reports continued for some time, causing general consternation. Reports from tho back-country state that for over an hour whole districts were illumined. In one instance an electrical apparatus (lashed cut as though fused. Tho weather is now calm, but dull and threatening.
