In spito of official reassurances on the subject of the electoral rolls, those engaged in active electioneering a.ro very much dissatisfied with tho position in (he case of the main Christehurch North roll, which is in the hands of tho printer. It is understood that instructions have bmi Riven to stop printing, for (he purpose of further alteration and revision. This roll was supposed to be made up, and interested parties woro told that copies would be available on a certain date. Now that it is t-o be overhauled afresh ii is hiird to totf when it will bo out of the printer's hands, or what fort of condition it will he in.
