! " ANOTHER PROTEST AGAINST THE NE TEMERE DECREE. By Telceraph—Press Association—Copyright Sydney, October 11. A pastoral letter has been issued by the Anglican Archbishop and Bishops protesting against tho "No Temero" deeroe against mixed marriages. After traversing various grounds for dissent with tho decree, tho pastoral declares: "We cannot without protest and warning allow the promulgation of a decree which practically reverses old and intelligible canon law a.nd applies to all Christians other than these of tho Roman obedienco treatment formerly meted out to pagans."
