j A DAYLIGHT SAVING BILL. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyrieht Adelaide, July 20. In the State Assembly, the Workmen's Compensation Dill has passed through Committee. An attempt to exclude fanning and pastoral pursuits from the Bill failed. A deputation asked tho Premier to put back the clock an hour, in order (o economise daylight. Tho Slate Premier (Mr. Veran) gave a favourable reply, and promised to introduce a Bill.
