Mr. Frank Houlder applied to the Court of Chancery to declare the issue of ten thousand .C 5 shares in Houlder Brothers, Ltd., last March to have been' fraudulently and collusively made. After a lengthy hearing, t'ho action was settled, plaintiff withdrawing the charges against defendants, who included the other directors of Houlder brothers and the Federal Steam Navigation Company.
