4 TURKISH TROOPS SURRENDER. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright Aden, June 2. Three thousand troops, with three batteries of artillery and several big guns, surrendered at Abha. It is reported that the Grand Shereef of Mecca, with a relieving force, has been defeated.
