The supply of milk at the factory of the ITcatherston Dairy Company is now about 1700 gallons per day, as against 2500 gallons per day for the fame period last year. This falling-off is mainly due to tho fact that, more milk is being supplied to the Wellington market. The supply (at the height of this season at tho cheese factory) was, however, much in excess, of last, and it is expected that the total output this year will exceed that' of last year by about 15 tons of cheese.
