PROVINCIAL MEETING DATES. The executive committee appointed ia connection with tho visit of tho Irish delegates met on Monday night, Dr. Cahill presiding. A working committee was appointed to carry out the various details. It was reported that considerable enthusiasm ; -,was fbeing-.exhibited iU, connection with' the risit," and that funds are coming in freely. Hastings, it was had already subscribed £< -, whilst at a preliminary mooting held at Dannevirke, tho sum of £30 was collected.
The following dates have been arranged for the visitors:—Wellington, May 3: Masterton, May 4; Daimevirko, May 18; Napier, May 17; Palmerston North, May 10; Hawera, May 16; Wanganui, May 19; Stratford, May 23. Dates for Pahiatua and New Plymouth have not yet. been fixed. It is probable that afternoon meetings will be held at Taradalo and Shannon. May 25 has been selected for the Ckristchurch visit, and Juno 6, for Auckland. The delegates ar* duo to arrive here from London on Sunday next.
