ROYAL PROCESSION IN ROME. By Telegraph—Press Ascociali-on-Copyriglit Rome, March 27. King Victor Emmanuel, Queen llelcne, and tho Royal princes took part in a procession from tho Quirinal to the Capitol, in connection with the jubilee celebrations, of Italian unity. Tho streets wero crowded. There was a brilliant assemblage at the Senatorial 'Hall. Senor Nathan, the Socialist Mayor of Rome, in a speech, eulogised tho founders of Italy.
