HUGE FRAUDS ALLEGED.
ARRESTS MADE. By Telcerapli—Press Association—CoflyriElit • (ltec. March 29, 0.10 a.m.) New York, March 28. Federal officers- raided Wisnor and Cornbony's stock-broking offices. It is alleged that irregularities amounting to •£S0l),000 aro involved. Tho Standard Securities Company, an affiliated concern, is also involved. Tho owners were arrested on a chargo of using the mails to defraud by selling worthless stocks.
