Tho "Westminster Gazette" says the "Observer's" forecast, tlmt the Parliament (Veto) Bill can scarcely reach the House of Lords before May next, should prove substantially correct, unless the Government decides not to wait for a second rejection, but' takes steps to prevent such a contingency.
