Arrangements .have been made bv the manairer of the D.I.C. to have a lady apparelled in the newest stvlc of dreWon view at the warehouse in Panama Street at 3 o'clock this afternoon. It is seldom that a new fashion has created as much attention as the harem costume, and thero will doubtless be a. laree concourse of peonle to view its exhibition at the D.I.C. this afternoon.
