i The Worser Bay Swimming Club held t the first race for tho Blair Cup at Seafonn Wharf on .Saturday afternoon. The distance was half a mile, and Iho result ■ as follows:— ' l H. Silver (lmin.), 1; P. Gray (scratch), t 2; L. Green (3lmin.), 3; T,. Silver (scratch). 4. Time, Ifimin. 235-dc. Also 3 started: F. Evans (IJmin..), D. Clouston (3!min.), F. de Rose (3min.), F. .lacobsen 3l (3inin.), 0. Green (3min.), E. S. Form? (21mm.), V. L. Allen, (lmin.). Besides t.he placed men, Evans and Jacobsen were t the only two who completed (he distance. 11. Silver won by seven feet, Green 3i being about four yards behind Gray, and L.
