GIBRALTAR INCIDENT.

At a court-martial, Seaman Millen pleaded guilty to throwing overboard gun-fittings of the warship Gibraltar, and was sentenced to two years' imprisonment. ■While the cruiser Gibraltar was in tin Arabian Sea, en route to Australia with relief crews for the Australian Squadron, gun-sights valued at .£SOO were thrown overboard At first it was stated that there was usaffeetion among the crew owing to extra work imposed by officers. The latest statonient' is that the throwing overboard of the gun-sights wis the malicious act of one seara.in', who confessed, and who has now, it would seem, paid the penalty. \ .
