THE BUTTER OUTLOOK.
This is what "The Pastoralists' Review' says of the butter outlook:— •
• "Siberian butter of tho best quality is pouring into Great Britain. It •is generally expected that butter from that country will in a few years swamp the market. Refrigeration has removed all the disadvantages of seasons.. • No-v countries in the Northern Hemisphere can store their produce and sell it in.their off season in competition with that'from Australia and' Now Zealand. It is the same with fruit, fish, and all other products. Seasons don't count now." .-
