THE SOCIAL SIDE. The Entertainment Committee ..of ' the Manawatu -A; and ; P. Association"-has reported that- the question of entertaining has been left in the hands of Messrs. Arbon arid Gillios/ 'and that it has been decided; to recommend that'his Excellency the Governor and Lady Plunket be invited to open the Spring Show on Wednesday,- November 3, and.also that invitations to attend .-be'sent to the Prime Minister and Cabinet, ' and to the Speaker's of both- Houses 'of Parliament. . The association has approved of this programme.
