ANNUAL MEETING. . The annual general meeting of members of tho Parkvalo Co-operative Dairy Company, Ltd., was held in the .Council Chambers, Carterton, on Wednesday. There were thirty-one members present, and two represented by proxy,' Mr. C; Lorenzen', Chairman of Directors, presiding.: Tho. report ana balance-sheet, w ere adopted. Mr. N. Johnson was re-elected director, and Messrs. A. E. Maunsell . and H. Rayner, Junr., were elected directors. Mr. R. J. Chapman was re-elected auditor at tho usual fee.' ■ Tho Chairman introduced the new manager, Mr. D. Bower, .vice Mr. E. P. Greathead,' resigned. It was decided to contribute £5 Ss. towards the special prizo for butter-fat com-, petition offered by tho A. and P. Society, provided arrangements, aro mado to milk the cows at. home. . • A special vote of thanks was accorded to Mr. Geo. Gaskin, tho. retiring director. A vote of thanks to tho staff and . Chairman concluded the meeting. .At,a meeting of directors held after, the annual meeting, Mr. Lorenzen was reelected Chairman. ' ' ,
