'-. At' tho ■ annual meeting of the Awahuxi Dairy Company a vote of thanks was accorded tho directors for their careful management during the. past year. _ > Mr. J. A. Danielson was re-elected Chairman of Directors, and Mr. C. 0. Saundors was elected to fill the vacancy caused by the retirement of Mr. E. A. Bennett. It was decided to pay out a dividend of 6 per cent-, on paid-up capital. A bonus of £20 was voted to the Chairman for his work during the year. Mr. J. S. Mun.ro was reelected auditor. .
