A FLYING BREECH BLOCK.
SIX MEN KILLED. (NX TEI.EGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPTBIOHT.) (Rec. August 13, 10 p.m.) Paris, August 13. Owing to the blowing out of tho breech block of a 164.7 millimetre gun during firing practice aboard the French training ship Couronne at Toulon, six persons were killed and eighteen were injured, many of them seriously.
