BIG CROP OF MANGELS.

A remarkable' crop of mangels is reported to have been grown, on Kokotau Farm, 1 , near Carterton- by. Mr. .E, H. B'uckoridge(writes our Wiurdrhpa correspondent). Somo.of tho roots weigh much as' thirty-six pounds each. The Kokotau'Flats'are considered to be as fertile as the famous Ahikouka block, /subdivided some years' ago by Mr. W. 'O. Buchanan, and'for which recently the present owners'refused £50 per. acre.
