Fourteen men subsequently took the pledge. Lyon, lidie, Iteid, Smith, Hutolioson. Several quartets were sung and the Glco party rendered sevoral excellent items. A conundrum competition was won by sailors from ships in port. Hearty cheers wero given to tho performers, who responded' by giving a Maori haka.
