The Bank ,of England has - reduced tho charges for tho inscription and management of colonial stocks by per cent. This will savo New South. Wales . about £3000 annually. It is probable that tho reduction will be extended to Queensland and New Zealand, saving Queensland about £3500, and Now Zealand about £5000 nn'nually. The concession is the result of negotiations carried on. by Sir Joseph , .Carrutbers (exPremier of Now South Wales) with tho Bank of England. '
