Mayor (re-elected); hon'. auditor, Mr. R. Dixon; deleDiates to tho North Island Bowling Association,, Mr. Geo. Macmorran; delegate to Wellington Bowling Centre, Mr: T. Kitto.

A recommendation was mado to the incoming directors that, tho membership "of tho CluT) be limited to-110.

At a meeting of tho 'directors after tho ordinary meeting Mr. F. Kitto was elected President, and Mr. Kcitn, vico-presidcnt-. The ground committeo elected , was Messrs. Scott and Mayer, and the match committeo Messrs. M'Kay, Godber, and Keith.
