A ittMBINED TICKET, At a meeting of members of tho New Zealand Royal Artillery, hold at the Mount Cook barracks, to consider the question of nominating a candidate for a seat on tho Public Sorvice Superannuation Board, it was unanimously decided •to nominate Captain G. S. Richardson for, election. ■ j Messrs. C. 'JD. Bennett (Roads Department) and H. E. Radcliffo (Mines Deparment), who are also candidates for membership of the Board, Were t. present, and after short addrosses had been delivered by theso gentlemen,' it was agreed to support their candidature and "run" them, with Captain Richardson, as. a ticket. . ■. . The ballot for the election of- members of the Board will bo taken amongst, contributors to tho Public Service Superannuation Fund on July 6,... Two members are to be elected by the contributors'in tho Post . ond. Telegraph Department,: and three'by tbo contributors other than those in that Department. Messrs. C. E. Bennett, H. E. Radcliffo, and Captain Richardson announco by circular that as theio ore three vacancies, and as thoir views in regard to t% administration of tho Superannuation Act aro in agreoniont, thoy have decided to join forces and mutually support one another's candidature. Post and Telegraph Department .representation (two members to be;elected): Messrs. H. A. R. Huggins and W.' M'Niclde. Other Departments of tho Service (three members to be elected): Messrs. J. W; Kinniburgh (Government Insurance Department): H. R. Speuce (Customs):. C. E. Adams (Land and Survey Department); E. W. Watson (Land and Income Tax Department); (ind G. •Allport (Marine Department). Nominations for the elective seats close on Tuesday nest. The Government representatives on tho Board are a Minister of the Crown and four heads of departments. ■
